Cannot start WarRock - Grey Button:

1. Click On Start:

/

2. Type "command prompt" (or find it in "all programs / accessories")

4. Type "ipconfig/flushdns":

translating domain names (like google.com) into ip adresses is done by dns (domain name system).
this is done by queires to domain name servers - and these queries & answers are cached on your local computer for
a amount of time specified in the name server entry of that domain. something between 5 minutes and several days.
after the ip adress of a domain name has changed - you have to wait the cache time specified before - for the old entry to become
invalid. after the "lifetime" expired the client makes an fresh query to the root or authorized name server.
to skip that mechanism you can issue "ipconfig /flushdns" on your local computer to invalidate all cached name entries
and advise your copy of windows to start a new query for all following domain name system queries.

obviously gamerfirst has changed some of those dns entries required to play warrock - and obviously has not planned a
professional transit strategy - usally you as customer should not notice such changes (by keeping up the service both
on the old and the new ip adress for some days).
